Job Opportunity: Licensed Dentist Needed for Clinic in Bloomington, IN

Locum Position: Part-time "Temp" Dentist

Facility: Bloomington, IN

Dates: April 8, 11, 23 & 25

Hours: 8a-5p lunch 12-1

Clinical Staff: 3

Required procedures: Surgical extractions, dentures implant restoration

Avg patients per day: 5-7 NP 7-10 EP

Additional requirements/ info: extractions could include simple/ surgical/ full mouth

Responsibilities (can include but may not be limited to):

• Perform basic surgical procedures
• Conduct new patient exams and hygiene checks
• Administer fillings, root canals, extractions, and dentures

Contract Details:

• Compensation: $1200 per day
• Overtime Rate: $225 per hour
• Malpractice Insurance: Provided
• Travel & Lodging Expenses: Covered if necessary

Requirements:

• Updated Curriculum Vitae
• Professional License
• Active DEA Certificate required (All schedules required)
• Active Controlled Substance Registration required
• Candidates must have a minimum of one year of experience as a dentist.
