We are in need of a Physical Therapist

SCHEDULE:

Morning - 8:00am - 4:30pm

Assignment: 13 weeks

Rate: $55-$60/ hour

REQUIREMENTS:

• APPLICANT MUST BE A PHYSICAL THERAPIST
• At least 1 year experience as an PT within the last 3 years
• Updated Resume
• BLS from American Heart Association
• Driver’s License
• Professional License
• Covid Vaccination Card with Booster
• TB Test and Flu shot
• 2 Valid IDs
