We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant at Hadley MA to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and assisting medical staff in various clinical settings.

Responsibilities:

- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses

- Assist in the assessment of patient health status

- Perform basic nursing procedures such as vital signs monitoring and specimen collection

- Maintain accurate and complete medical records

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes

- Follow aseptic techniques to prevent infection transmission

Skills:

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

- Experience in Pediatrics, ICU, Outpatient, or Acute Care settings

- Ability to phlebotomize and handle medical records efficiently

- Familiarity with Level I and Level II Trauma Centers

- Knowledge of hospital medicine practices

- Proficiency in aseptic techniques
