Legacy Personnel is urgently seeking for an experienced full time Long Term Care RN or CNA/Nurse Assistant to fill facilities at Mount Angel, OR

*RATE: 

RN-$60/hour

CNA-$30/hour

*Contract length: 13 weeks or longer

Work Schedule: 

RN

-Night 4x12-Hour (18:30 - 06:30)

-Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)

CNA

-Mid 5x8-Hour (14:30 - 22:30)

Requirements:

-Minimum 1 YR of Skilled Long Term Care/Transitional Care Experience

-Must have a current and active State License 

-Must have updated BLS and ACLS from American Heart Association

-PALS

-Driver's License

-COVID Vaccinations are no longer mandated, but are preferred.

-Recent TB TEST

-MMR and Varicella vaccine copy/Titers

-Clean Background

-Weekly Pay
