Adult Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA) – Kaiser Permanente, Panorama City

We are actively hiring an Adult Primary Care NP/PA to join Kaiser Permanente – Panorama City on a 6-month contract with options to extend.

Position Details:



• Location: Kaiser Permanente – Panorama City
• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: 6 months (with extension options)
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Setting: Outpatient clinic (Ages 18+)
• Patient Load: 20-24 patients per day
• Duties: Primary care outpatient, cold/flu surge support, acute case management (including diabetes care)

Requirements:

• Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• COVID-19 vaccination & booster required
• Must have at least 1 year experience in Adult Primary Care in the last 3 years
• Comfortable managing acute cases
• Credentialing timeframe: Estimated 90 days
