Requirements:

- 1+ yr recent ER experience

- 2 References: 1 must be within the specialty cln is submitting (within the last year), other must be from charge RN or higher from within the last 2 years of specialty cln is being subbed

- CA RN License required prior to submission

- BLS (AHA)

- ACLS (AHA)

- PALS

- NIHSS

- Active DL
