Job Opportunity: Licensed Dentist Needed for Fremont, NE.

Locum Position: Part-time "Temp" Dentist

Facility: 3118 - Fremont, NE

Dates: April 15-18, 21-25, 28-30, May 1-2, 5-9, 12-16.

Hours: Mon-Tues 7a-5p, Wed- Thur 8a-5p. Fri 8am- 1pm

Clinical Staff: 2 DA 1 RDH

Required procedures: Surgical Extractions

Additional requirements info: extractions could include simple/ surgical/ full mouth- please notate any limitations in presentation.

Responsibilities (can include but may not be limited to):

• Perform basic surgical procedures
• Conduct new patient exams and hygiene checks
• Administer fillings, root canals, extractions, and dentures
• 
  

Contract Details:

• Compensation: $1200/DAY
• Overtime Rate: $225 per hour
• Malpractice Insurance: Provided

• Updated Curriculum Vitae
• Professional License
• Active DEA Certification
