Requirements

• Minimum 1+ years in SNF/LTC/TCU setting

• BLS (AHA)

• Active WA License

• Skills: Assisting residents with ADLs. The expectation is that the clinician will provide safe, appropriate care at the highest level and report any unusual issues to the nurse.

• 2 Clinical References within 1 year of start. Charge RNs accepted.

Orientation Details

• 3 Orientation Shifts

• Day 1 – Available every Monday from 10:00 to 18:30

• Day 2 & 3 – Unit Orientations will be scheduled once Day 1 is completed. Must be completed within 2 weeks!

Shift Details

• Days, 06:00 to 14:30

• 8 Hour Shifts

Additional Details

• COVID Vaccine/Boosters Required – No exemptions allowed

• Flu Vaccine - Required. Medical/Religious exemptions will be considered.

• Providence Separation Period - 6 Months

• Patient Ratio – Day/Evening LTC CNA 1:12, TCU CNA 1:10

• Charing – NetSolutions. Training is provided during orientation.
