Requirements:

- FLOAT: Within or below acuity

- 1.5 yrs MSTELE experience [within the last year]

- 2 References: 1 must be within the specialty cln is submitting (within the last year), other must be from charge RN or higher from within the last 2 years of specialty cln is being subbed

- CA RN License required prior to submission

- BLS (AHA)

- ACLS (AHA) required prior to submission

- NIHSS

- CPI/MAB required prior to submission

- Active DL

- 12 hrs
