Registered Nurse – Emergency Room (Per Diem)

Location: UCI – Los Alamitos Medical Center, Los Alamitos, CA 90720

Shift: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM | Per Diem | 12-hour shifts

Legacy Personnel is currently seeking a highly qualified and compassionate Registered Nurse (ER) to provide per diem support at UCI – Los Alamitos Medical Center. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced emergency department, delivering critical care to patients with professionalism and empathy.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with established standards
• Collaborate effectively with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Assess, monitor, and respond to patient conditions promptly and appropriately
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records and documentation

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of California
• Minimum of 1 year of ER nursing experience
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
• NIHSS certification
• Fully COVID-19 vaccinated including booster
• Proof of MMR and Varicella vaccination (2 doses), immunization record, or positive titer.
